Our project financing is deliberately characterised by conservative calculations. The basis is provided by an own share in HAUSBAU SCHWEIZ AG, which is supplemented by way of investors’ direct financial commitments. In addition to wealthy private investors this includes, specialist partners, to whom we give preference, from the construction, marketing or finance industries that acquire interests in the respective projects. The share of outside capital that is provided by local banks is conditional on the capital market conditions, investors’ yield expectations, local special features and tax rates. The “Swiss Model”, which we designed and have successfully implemented over the years, offers investors a whole raft of financial benefits. In this business construction the Swiss joint-stock company administers its joint-stock company, established on site for the project development, by way of a trust regulation via stated special assets. The trust capital and the appertaining yields are not taxed. The capital and yields can, therefore, be disbursed to the investment partner (investor) in Switzerland tax free.
Real estate projects that are properly developed, financed and managed are still the most secure and safest form of investment.
